323201 Small PHP Script

I need a php script that will do the following.

1. If $user_dir already exists and contains at least one file (of any name) but must have a .zip extension (*.zip)

{ do something}

2. else, if the directory exists but does not contain at least one (*.zip) file,

{ do nothing}

3. else, if $user_dir does not exist, create it and

{do nothing else}.

To summarize:

The directory must exist and it must contain at least one .zip file with any filename (*.zip) before we {do something}.

However, if the directory does exist but does not contain at least one *.zip file, everything is fine, we don't do anything.

Or, if the directory doesn't exist at all, then we create it and that's all.

I hope that makes sense.
