296424 Tell a friend form

I need a form at the bottom of my comparsion pages ( example:[url removed, login to view] ). The form needs to let the user send the link to the compare page, book information but not the pricing list, name of person sending the email and a brief message. It will also need to have some kind of spam prevention. It should work something like [url removed, login to view] . It will also need to have a basic stats package so I can keep track of how much its being used etc.
