Community Based Portal + E-commerce

This is a complicated project involving a Community Based Portal that provides a service via an e-commerce solution. First the community based portal has to include popular features from myspace, facebook etc. These include -friends system via requests -groups -picture uploads for both profile and albums including comments -profile building (does not need html importer (myspace), we want to maintain websites own style) -"wall" posting -more features which will be disclosed to contractor Second, the e-commerce side will only sell a service, not a product, more information will be disclosed about this service to the contractor. However there must be an option to divide up the cost of the service amongst friends in the community. Third, the back-end or administration area must have a powerful interface to both maintain the community and view/change orders. More about this will be disclosed later. Fourth, the website design must be simple with emphasis on fluidity, power, and must support a mass registered user base. We have a design in mind with colors and logos, however everything about the design is open to suggestions. And finally we desire an extremely cooperative project where we may input and get very frequent updates on the status of the project. Money transfer and communication methods are negotiable however we prefer a voice experience. The following languages are acceptable for the web-application and upon request we may consider others as long as all source is disclosed upon completion of the project.
