I would like a site that allows us to add calendars. check out the features of www dot packsonline dot com. Please research and know about the cub/boy scouts before bidding to understand what I am wanting.
I need to be able to have an admin panel where I can add Cub Scout Leaders with name, phone, email, and position. I need to do the same for Committee Members. In addition, I need to be able to add in Dens (Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos I, Webelos II). By adding in Dens, I can add members to each Den. The Den Leader would also be connected to the Den.
I need to be able to have calendar events that relate to the whole pack (all Dens) and to each individual den. In other words, when I add an event, I can have it to be specific to one or more dens or to everyone. It will then reflect that on their calendars.
I need a Cub Scout Events Section where I can add in events like the Pinewood Derby, Cubmobile, etc... Here I will be able to put in dates, contact info, description of the events, and maybe supplies needed.
I need a section where I can upload newsletters and fliers. In addition to that, each event above and calendar add ins should also have the capability to have documents attached to it.
I need a photo album section. Here you should be able to add in a topic and add in pictures.
I need an admin to control the overall site, a moderator who can administer certain parts of the site, and then logins for Den Leaders who can add things specifically for their Den.
I also need the ability to have about five designs that interact with this site to be able to change up sometimes by dropping in different templates.
At the end of the year, we need the ability to promote the Dens. This automatically moves everyone up to the next level den. The Webelos II are moved out, and the Tigers are left blank until the next season.
We would also like the capability of adding awards to each den members profile. This can then be viewed to show the scout's progress. This can be done from a selectable chart along with a date assigned.
With each den member also, we need the ability to add in their parents/guardians info and email. We need to be able to email from this application updates, forms, and all. We need the capability to email by Pack, Den, Den Leaders, Committee Members, or specific member. If they are in the system, we need the capabilty to email them.
We need a forms upload section. This will allow them to download such forms. It will also allow us to attach such forms to be able to email out to all scouts/parents.
We will also need other static pages that we can edit.
The above mentioned site only charges $150 per year for this. Packs keep them an average of 1-2 years.
