file finding and indexing

See attached spec. Two stage project, Stage 1 - Small app to allow processing/indexing of files in a folder. Stage 2 - Web front end to allow searching of the same files/index. Simple applciation that looks at a folder then enters all the files in that folder with some of their attributes into a database/indexed system for further processing. Allow a user to process the files by indexing them, move the files once processed. Allow different levels of access on the files and provide some reports. Develop a simple web inteface whihc allows user to login and search the same files and view, print, downlaod [login to view URL] forward them based on their level of access. The search criteria will be based on the fields from above system and should not need wildcard charecters to search for parts of words. the interface of both these small applciations is very important and I will need to be able to change the interface and add logo, text etc. Please note that I have referenced an example interface in the spec, but I DO NOT WANT scatter diagram type display, only teh look and feel of the example interface so do not be put off by it. Thanks for looking. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will become my property and I reserve the right to make any necessary changes and re-distribute as I see fit under my name. ## Platform Windows, IIS
