We need to customise the layout and look of the software so it is tailored towards our Property Rental Business but we do not have any [url removed, login to view] knowledge in-house.

2. Intergrate with an SMS provider
3. Be able to make quick and simples changes to get the forms (inventory, accounts etc) to carry only the information we need
4. Add new sections for maintenance which can be restricted to allow our maintenance partners to access
5. Sync with Outlook
6. Generate Mail Merge for rental agreements
7. Generate Monthly Payment Schedules
8. Setup XML feeds to publish property details on partner websites
9. Prorate tenancy start and end costs
