a website with a database that can be sorted by zipcodes, and by county. (every county in the US) This website should have an interactive map of the USA with each state linking to its own page of every county in that state. The database is to be sorted by county or zipcodes. The database will contain real estate property records: address, appraised value, size, bedrooms, and baths, price, etc.
I am open to suggestions but maybe the database should be MySQL,
The database needs to be updated constantly.
