Intergrate Affiliate Code in .NET aspx Page

I have a rather urgent project that needs to get completed ASAP. I need for my Commission Junction (the company that I run an affiliate program with) exit code to be implemented in an exit page of my new website. Do to unforeseen circumstances we had to deploy a new website. In the attached ZIP file I have included the Commission Junction Technical Intergration Guide which explains how to forumulate an url to be displayed to CJ. I have also include code from my shopping cart called [login to view URL] when contains the code you are able to create a subtotal for the Commissin Junction url. I need the subtotal to be Total Order - Shipping Fees - Handling Fees. I have also included [login to view URL] which is he exit page which shows the customer an invoice after payment has been made. This is the page that I will need the Commission Junction Code inserted on. The Commission Junction code is only to be activated only on Credit Card and Check payment methods. The pages are written in VB.NET and you more than welcome to view the pages in the zip file. Since this is an urgent project I will most likely end the auction early once I feel comfortable with someone, so please if you feel that you are qualified to do this small project lets get to work. I also want to point out that I will be needing other .NET development done in the future. So if I am impressed with your work there will be more work awaiting you. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
