JQuery Javascript library Collapsible Menu

I need a Jquery library expert which can convert the following JQuery menu

to this JQuery menu

<[url removed, login to view]> (The one in example 1) You can use the accordion plugin for it. However, I will prefer to change the original menu's 'click' event to mouseover and make it work like second menu.

I would like two versions of the mouse over menu.

1) The menu will start with all items collapsed. If the user will put the mouse over one of the items, it will display all of its subitmes (if there are any) and will remain expanded until the mouse is taken away from itself or its sub items. If the mouse is taken away from the menu, all items will collapse again.

2) The last selected item will remain expanded. It means that there will always be one item expanded all the time. Start with the very first menu item as expanded.

I need a programmer with strong skills in JQuery, Javascript and CSS as there will be mroe work related to these skills.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
