13427 Need complete webstore made!

I need a complete store designed that is selling poker supplies. Any shopping cart system can be used. We would like our logo on the top of the page on the left, and a search engine on the right, along with a search engine above the catagories. Both searches should be very small and just search the site. Underneath it, have links to "Main, My Account, Show Cart, Customer Testimonials, About Us, Contact Us" To the left side of the page will be all the catagories. Next to the catagories, there should be a number telling how many products are in that catagory. When they click on the catagory, a list of any catagories that are under it should come up, and they should be transfered to the main page for that catagory. There should also be a choice for people to customise their own poker set. They will click on the button which will bring them to a page where they will pick a case,then they will have to pick a chip style. Then depending on how many chips the case holds, they will pick how many of each color that they want, in incriments on 50. As they pick everything, the price will change on the bottom to the total of their package. Once they are finished, it will be added to their shopping cart as "Custom Poker Set" and underneath it, it will be written in a way that we can understand what is in the package. We want 18 items to be shown on each page, with a 468 x 60 banner. We should be able to ad banners to the site from the admin section, along with adding all our items. When we add items, we should be able to add sale prices, which will show the old price then the new price underneath it in red letters. Also, we should be able to show the MSRP but that isn't a NEED. The script that is used for ads, should also be able to be put on other websites also, and work from there without a problem, while still showing the same ads that we specify in our admin section... kind of like the adsense code. We need this done as soon as possible, and we would like to only pay after the site in complete. I'll be honest, we're both picky, and we need the best of the best to make this site. If you can do, we already have more ideas for the future that need to be done, and we would like to keep the same freelancer for all of our work. Questions, comments, concerns, leave it in a PMB!
