149906 I need a steady programmer

I started a local website business in my small town. I need someone to help me with basically putting the websites together. The last person I had designed and programmed each site. I told him how they need to look. I need someone I can talk to on the phone. I have to be able to call you every business day. I get about 3 sites to do each week. These are from complex to not so complex. I would like a bid for an hourly rate. The last person I have took about 10 hours max for the most complex site. I do know a lot about website so I understand how much work it will take. Please make sure I will be able to communicate easily with you.

Most of the time he worked 20 hours plus a week.
