online raffle script and d/b back end

I am looking for an online raffle script that will allow a user to purchase tickets online through paypal and pick their ticket numbers for a monthly drawing to give away merchandise. Requirements would be to allow them to pick the ticket number from a list of available numbers in the d/b and it assign the ticket numbers to that person and remove the ticket numbers from being issued again. The ability to change ticket cost per raffle and number of total tickets available also. Should be an easy script to maintain and install, with easy admin menu for configuration. Access database would be fine and likely preferred. someone that could provide working demo online for me to see and also to integrate with paypal would likely get this project. Script could be java, DHTML, PHP or other. Must be fast and lite weight in operation. We would need user information purchasing ticket such as e-mail address, name, phone # etc. Also a disclaimer that they would have to agree to before purchasing tickets.
