For our university we're looking to create a calendar/blog for every student to be able to access and post to. This is so that students can find out about upcoming events (date, time, etc.) and also about the organisations that are hosting the event (reputation, rating of past events, etc.).
What we have is the open source V Calendar code (available in ASP, .Net, PHP) that needs some edits to fit our university's specific needs. Most edits will be minor adjustments like adding different search fields, drop down boxes, etc.
This is a link to what the code should look like once it is online.

The end result: a website (we will provide the address and password and administrative access and would require that you set up the code to work on the website) that is similar to the preexisting open source file with our changes written in.
We're looking for a coder who is willing to communicate frequently with us and keep us updated about the project. If you cannot do this, please do not bid. Also, this would need to be completed at the latest: March 4th.
Languages we are able to communicate in: English, Russian, Latvian, Korean, French
Once the coder has committed to the project, we will discuss further details. Not all requirements are specifically mentioned in this advertisement (i.e. "minor changes" is vague) and we reserve the right to clarify those statements with the coder and create a more formalised description of what we need.
