psd to html convers

Hi all.. We are working on a big ASP.Net 2.0 website project. Our designer has given us the web page design in .psd format ( photoshop files ) IN total the psd files are over 100 but at this time we are looking to convert only 9 of them to aspx pages. We need someone who have good knowledge of css and html and who can convert these psd files to valid css and html which can be used in an ASP.net 2.0 page. So the final deliverable will be aspx pages with the same design as there are in psd. All html and css must be cross browser compliant and must be valid. At this time bid only for 9 psd files. the person who will do this nicely will surely get all work for all 100+ psd's . But currently bid for only 9 ... lowest price with high enough quality will get this project awarded. please show any of your previous works while bidding... REMEMBER : deliverables are asp.net ( aspx ) pages. not html files. this is because our programmers have to work on these pages code behind.
