This project is to clone an existing Real Estate site [Database/Backend - No Graphics/Logo Required]. Project brief will be provided to the winning bidder. Essentially, we need to develop a site where as property owners pay a fee to post their properties and potential buyers can search the site for free. The project will involve:
- Automated Signup i.e. password generation, account setup including Paypal integration
- Add Property Application with image uploads and thumbnail creation
- Property Search Functions
- Administration Area for Website Owner
- Administration Areas for Property Sellers
- Retrieve Password function for Property Owners
- Property watch Application for Visitors
- Statistics for individual properties i.e. page views, etc.
- Email a friend Function for Properties
This is a very simple project for a programmer with the required knowledge. Initial budget is low but there is the possibility of a maintenance agreement covering modifications and upgrades.
