T-Shirt-Mugs-Poster on line application

I need t shirt design tool for the web site to print Tshirt, mugs, posters, hats, mobile cases. I need a very simple site. The design is ready in illustrator or jpg. If you are interesting i will sent it. Customer should be able to change colors add text & upload their image, resize, rotate. It should check the quality of image. If the image is low resolution in a pop window the message "The image is low relolution. If you continue it is not our responsibility". Customer should be able to drag the images to different sizes or different places front and back of the shirt or jumper. When customer upload their image,,,it should be able to delete unwanted or blend the background color to match the color of the shirt/jumper. Text should be able to arch it. I need shirt images for man,women, childs, in different sizes & colors. You will install the application on my server. Payment options is direct deposit and pay pal, credit cards. At the end, admin should be able to print out where the print is gonna be with customers details... I need someone who completed their work in Freelancer before. (but if you are new to Freelancer and think you can do this, need to contact me with proof of your work) Please don't post your resume but show me the links what you have done.
