Social Networking website with additional features(repost)

The project is to create a social networking website but with few features I would like it to have. If you are able to create a Facebook or MySpace similar websites, you will have no problem creating what I am trying to do. However, since you must know, I am also looking to implement full cellphone SMS/MMS message support for users. So, you must know how to implement that into a website. Sending text messages to and from website is what I need to do, much like Cha Cha answering services. If you can do that and implement those features to a website, I think this will be easy to develop. It has to be very simple and VERY secure. Security is one of the main things I want to focus on as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3. I will pay fully once the script is done and I am fully satisfied with it. I can pay a one time fee, or I can pay in installments until you finish the job. If you do develop this script, I would hope you stay on board and work with me to develop this website and help me out in the future. I can pay you as you help me out as the time goes on. If the site picks up, I will pay you more. However, my satisfaction is what I am looking for. If there is somethings I don't like, I will tell you and you would have to fix and change them. I will discuss this is full details when you agree to make a script for me. ## Platform .NET / ASP / MYSQL / Anything that will make this website 110% secure and friendly for users. Simple and also, very professional. I am open to any language. So tell me.
