Web Based Scrape - PHP or ASP/MySQL

I need a clean interface and secured (login required) web based scrape. Alll is needed is to scrape one field from each site. The database must be through a MySQL database. Basically the tool must have a security built into it, then for the interface to scrape the information I have provided. Once all the scrape information is obtain to export into three separate spreadsheet templates that I have provided. The scrape information matches up to the product SKU filling in only that one column. The interface should also have like tick box where I can tick the sites I want to scrape for that particular scrape (should automatically be all ticked).
