BACKGROUND:
Project's goal is to automate the collection of Mortgagee information that is available from County Court Clerk's website for a specific county.
When the Clerk's office records mortgages, as requested by a respective lender, the recorded information is made publically available via an inquiry to the Clerk's website. Currently, Mortgagee data is available from the County Court Clerk's website when viewing their site and inputting selection filters.
Links in the displayed information will take the viewer to a PDF file of the respective mortgage documents.
TECHNical:
There should be six (6) option fields displayed on the search window, i.e.,
Party Type:
Name:
Document Type
or Category:
Begin Date:
End Date:
The Party Type option should be DIRECT NAME
The Name field option should be *** (wildcard selection)
The Document Type defaults to MTG,SAT,ASSIGN when
the Category Type is selected as Mortgage
Both the Begin Date: field and the End Date: field should be selected as Yesterday, by default. (completed for you in the scripts I provided)
Another selection option would be to input the Begin Date and End Date, so as to gain a wider amount of selected data.
Once these selections are made then the search is initiated.
The Name column lists a hyperlinked
(******Javascript doPostBack() function***** )name of the record which is linked to the individual record and the associated PDF formatted file of the respective mortgage document set of papers. I would like to retrieve this PDF file for each record.
I desire to maintain this data in a searchable database.

** Most of the planning is already done for you. If you want to use an alternative method feel free. The dopostback() function is halting our parsing efforts.
- Take a look at the scripts and test them, *before* initiating contact.
- end code can be in PHP or possibly heavily commented
pseudo code.
**To consider this project complete I would like to see(images/text) 1 days worth of data as a sample.. use an older year 199*
should display the data and links to PDFs([login to view URL])
## Deliverables
I included some test PHP scripts below to help forward you efforts.

The most important part of this project is to be able to move from page to page, I know this can be done. The doPostBack function is language specific to ASP .NET/Javascript yet I'm very confident someone can come up with a quick and dirty hack to make it work. Please do not be intimidated, simply message me with any questions. Thanks kindly, Victor
