Writing Building Management in Asp .Net

We need to have a web site for a Building Management in Asp .Net. This site is used for the users who want to buy a condo and order their internal network and TV from a company who is doing the wiring and networking in the building. The users will have to sign in the first page and then go to the system. After the sign in the user can look at the status of their order. They can also read community news, send comment to the manager and do some other browsing that is displayed in the attached document. Also the admin person (Network company who gives the service in the building) can login and look at the orders and also get the list of the customers. The first page of the system will have the login process just like: <[login to view URL]>. You need to use similar or better stylesheet than this site. I will send you the userid and password later on. I have sent another bid for a web designer to do the graphic design. You need to have patient and be able to work with the web designer so that we can merge the design with the code at the end. This will be phase 1 of the project. Our prediction is this will be an ongoing project with a lot of additional phases. This is a project for our customer. The final approval will be done by our customer. We do need to have time to present this to our client and come back with their feedback. It might take 2 to 5 days to get some response from them and I would like you to be aware of it in advance. I do want you to look at the attached document before you send any bid. I would like You to ask specific question about the system to assure me you have looked on the attached document and the links that I sent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
