Background : vTiger Trouble Ticket module will be used as an order booking facility. The user will receive
an order and encode it in Trouble Ticket module and dispatch the order in the field using SMS notification.
Response will be received from the field via SMS reply. The outbound and inbound SMS will be captured
in the Trouble Ticket module and reports will be generated.
1. Create a customized maintenance module to establish the mobile phone and details of the field personnel who will
receive the orders.
2. Create links from maintenance module to Contacts and Trouble Ticket module fields.
3. Customize vTiger SMS notifier to send SMS from Trouble Ticket module and provide logs for messages sent.
4. Capture incoming SMS logs in the Trouble Ticket module.
5. Create two reports to capture the entries in the Trouble Ticket module based on the customized process.
