I am looking to create a video strip poker game with the following features:
5 Card stud poker.
We will provide the video sequences but they need to be able to be stitched together in such a seamless way as to give the impression of being a real opponent (look at the virtual bartenders at [url removed, login to view] to see what I mean).
As well as the game / video engine we need the ability to easily create new opponents who might have a different number of clothing items and video clips. There may be more than one video clip to be played in a given situation and this could be random or one after the other.
We must be able to rate opponents from 1-5 in terms of ability. 1 being an OK player, 5 being very difficult to beat.
The video sequences will be high quality (as mentioned, we will supply them) so we expect this to result in a very large game file. Additional opponents will be downloaded separately and these should appear as options in a "choose your opponent" screen.
It is envisaged that this game might be distributed via downloa but more likely (given the size) it will be via DVD-Rom.
It should be as difficult as possible for players to view the video files without playing the game.
After the game has finished there might be bonus material that the player can view if they are the winner. The player will only have a limited amount of virtual money so it is possible for them to "lose" as well.
There should be the opportunity to include banner ads with clickable links both within the gaming window and after the game has finished.
If you think you can handle the requirements then I am happy to provide more information.
