Read in and decode a DVD to a HD Convert the video & audio to MPEG1, MPEG2, Mpeg4 The resulting MPEG should be output in chunks that will fit on a CD-ROM. In other words, it can span multiple CD-R's. output the converted video to either VCD (Video CD) or SVCD format; whichever the user chooses. Burn CD-R's in VCD/SVCD compliant formats. Application should be compatible with all Cd-writer, and work on all the processor like AMD, athlon, P4,P3,MMX etc. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
