I am looking to automate some of the manual processes that I have to do in my business. As an example what I would like to do is the following:
1) Create an online form that once a client signs up they get redirected to this form.
2) The client completes this form.
3) Once the client creates the form and clicks on submit it takes this information and populates a series of fillable PDF documents (that could be merged into one document) where some of the common fields can be tied together if necessary. It would then send an email to the client with their forms and some instructions to print out and mail back to me.
I believe the number of pages total for the PDF doc would be somewhere around 10 pages without alot of standardized information that could be already input there ahead of time to reduce the amount of information needed on the questionnaire.
I can supply copies of the PDF docs to merge together if necessary. Thanks, Jason
