Debug VC++ 6.0 DLL Project with VB6 app.

This is the third time this project has been posted. The first programmer went on vacation for 2 weeks after he almost completed the project, I submitted his work here, and a second guy accepted it, fixed most of the bugs, but there is still one last bug. It needs to be fixed. Here is the error: use [login to view URL] to download the URLs in error.txt. Use a timeout of 5 and also 5 connections (this is what I use often). You can use any number of connections or timeouts, they all do not work for this file. It will download the first URL, then it will stop at 20% and the program will freeze. It should go to 100% if it can download the pictures or not. As for [login to view URL], it works fine on all connections and timeouts. The problem with [login to view URL] does not seem to happen on Windows XP, but it happens on my Windows ME computer. If you want, you can fix the DLL, send it to me, but with a message box or something like "Please accept my bid to remove this message box". The DLL in "Latest DLL" folder is the most recent DLL, it also does not work with the [login to view URL] file, but I don&'t have the source to it. Please ask me if you have any questions. Also, if you see any other bugs, you can fix them.
