337976 Desktop Toolbar Project

We need a desktop toolbar developed with same feature like this one (a clone if you will ): [login to view URL] The requirements are as follow: User will download an executable application file on their PC to install the program. It will be placed right near the system clock in the Windows taskbar (NOT a browser plug-ins toolbar). The toolbar will need show the info details like the above referenced site, it must also be clickable and redirect to an external webpage with the same stats details. We are look for an expert in .net and c++ as well as someone who is familiar with PhP and Mysql. Only programmer/team that can provide toolbar demo works need to bid, as we will autoamtically reject any post or bids without demo or sample toolbar work done. This will be the 1st phase of a three parts project. If you are great at creating toolbar please let us know. We are looking to develop a long term working relationship.
