I say inspired by, but really it needs to be somewhat of a copy. I would like to sell a software that manages music studios. This means the software must:
-Have schedules for many instructors
-Have a calendar views of schedules
-Have a database for all students
-Have student schedules
-Tracks everyone (students, parents, teachers, staff members)
-Payment information (student pays for 4 weeks at a time)
-Type of instrument the student is learning
-Package deals for family members
-Daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales, reschedules, etc...
-A friendly customizable interface. So we can input what we charge students, what we pay instructors, how often we want to charge students, how often we want to be notified of upcoming or late payments, etc....
Pretty much it has to be EXACTLY like Studio Helper. It must be a windows software (or if you can do it online, whatever works), and it must need a serial number to activate. I want to sell copies of it to other studios.
This will also be a continuous job. After some sales, if we decide it needs new features, I would love to come back to you and have to add new things.
IMPORTANT: The software must be visuall appealing. A good color scheme, glossy, crisp, and simple.
I look very forward to hearing from you! Please give me some example work and explain a bit about how you will make this software. If you have any suggestions please tell me. I want you to focus on making the software usable, not just making the software per my requirements.
-Time tracking so employees can sign in and out. The program should then be able to generate payment sheets according to how much an employee makes. Because employees have access to this program, this area needs to be secured with a password set up in the admin panel.
-A place for notes on the front page of program
-A to-do list on the front page of the program
-A place where you can view a room schedule. The number of rooms depends on how many rooms are set up in the Admin area. For example, if a studio has 3 rooms, there is a schedule generated for what times the teachers should be in them during a certain day.
