I have a small finance business with approx 250 customers. I would like a professional standard program created allowing me to.
Enter a starting balance for each customer.
customer details page and add/delete/edit customers
enter weekly payments for each customer and cash given out.
change interest rates i charge for each customer on my cash given out.
I need to be able to select a customer from a drop down box or search name and print of a pre written financial loan agreement letter for them. So a form will be needed where I search/select name then enter cash amount i'm giving them and how many installments are due etc and it displays it as a report to print.
I also need a weekely report on screen and be able to print of the followng.
total amount of money collected for a specific week. total cash given out, total cash to bank, total interest charged.
running total report, same as above but constantly updated to date.
yearly report for the same.
individual customer reports eg payment/cash given out history over a specific date I search for.
access any customers current balance/amount outstanding.
yealry report showing summary of weekly totals.
I like the idea of having this created using an online database so I can access the comapanies from any computer. I would like to be able to back it up and access/update it from my pc at home though just incase the internet goes down. I'm not sure how this would work, i'm sure you have a better idea of what would work.
