Reminder Arabic

This bid is dedicated for coders who could write Arabic programs and have Arabic enabled PC's. The program is really simple I mean anyone with decent knowledge in C++ or VB ( ONLY VB OR C++ are allowed)could finish it in couple of hours, **I need** **PROGRAM WORKABLE NOT MORE THAN** ***_4 MB_*( that’s why .net is not allowed, no .net deployment no nothing, just the setup file and that all) ** Setup file, **shouldn't** have a proboblem if it’s an administrator or a guest user runs it ( except if admin is disallowing all setups), the setup should work on **all** user accounts. The main Idea of the program is that it shows you a reminder on interval basis( برنامج الاذكار ). Moreover the program will show a balloon similar to windows XP balloon, or a sticky note, and with in it there will be a random ( non-repetitive ) show of some atakar ( which I'll be providing for you ??" see doc attach ) Also before i accept any bids the coder is **REQUIRED** to submit an Excuteable sample showing BOTH - Balloon Tooltip ( with same features mentioned in the attachment, also same looks, AND another for stikey Note), please note that this just a sample you wont be doing full features i just need to check out your the capabilties. Check attach for more detials ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
