****I NEED THIS DONE BY MONDAY APRIL 3rd BY 11PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, PENNSYLVANIA TIME*******I'm taking a class on the Adaptive Project Framework. I need someone to outline the steps on how yahoo mail works in terms of a 1.) cycle plan(that shows you to develop the next cycle build plan); 2). the cycle build(that includes schedule cycle build, build cycle functionally, and monitor/adjust cycle build) and the 3). Client checkpoint(which conducts the quality review with the client). This is a strange assignment. The cycle plan contains a low level work breakdown structure for this cycle; the dependencies and schedule, partition activities to sub-teams, and sub-teams developing a micro-plan. The cycle build discusses whatever functionality can be built and tested before the cycle timebox expires. The cycle checkpoint includes a quality review of completed functionality and adjustment of the next cycle functionality and timebox.
