Simple Google Deskbar Project

Our recipe site, [[login to view URL]][1], has about 150,000 recipes on it that can be searched in a variety of ways: by [title][2], [ingredient][3], and more. I'd like to commission a small project to build a Google Sidebar (<[login to view URL]> ) **plug-in** that makes it easy to search the BigOven archive from within the Google Sidebar. (See other sidebar plugins for weather, etc.) Basically, it would be as easy-to-install as all other Google Deskbars, it would be quite small in size (quick download), and it would allow all Google Deskbar users to find: * Recipes by title * Recipes by up to 3 ingredients Must be made extensible, since in the future, I'd like to add the user's current grocery list, try soon list, etc., from Web Services feeds that are in development. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Conform to Google SDK and make sure it installs smoothly on standard Windows machines. Test with both IE and Firefox. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows -- all versions that use Google Deskbar.
