I have designed a software app that requires both Database support and online functionality.
There would be access over a WAN.
I have designed all the front end designs in PDF and have attached a copy of these documents plus any additional materials that might be needed to complete this project. The only thing that is missing, from this information, is access information, which will be provided to you once I accept your bid.
I have left most colours and some minor design details out that I would be comfortable leaving up to your discretion, but have given some ideas within the documents.
My deadline is flexible for the time being, however I require weekly updates of your progress and full source updates at least once per month. You can let me know roughly how long you forsee this project to take and I will make the necessary arrangements.
Please review all notes on this project and feel free to ask any questions that might not be clear.
Do not bid on this project if you do not think that you can complete this.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Innitially I require this for a Windows operating system, however I would ultimately like to have this app available for both MAC and Linux systems as well.
