"The PDFlib source code package contains C source code, support files for all language bindings except .NET and COM, the PDFlib reference manual and other documentation, as well as samples for all supported languages. All platform-specific flavors of the main package have the same contents, but differ in line end conventions for text files, as well as compression and packaging method:
Windows: [login to view URL]: [login to view URL]
Using the above references, write a windows program that allows the user to select a directory and takes all the TIF/JPG files in the director (the files will be numbered sequentially) and output a PDF file. The program should have the following options and the attached GUI (the program should open "[login to view URL]" and use it to replace the white box. This file will be in the same directory as program.):
1: Select Directory
2: Output Filename and location
3: Portrait/Landscape and 2 to a page portrait/2 to a page landscape
(This can be achieved by resizing the original files or with the PDF source)
4. Fit to Page or print as is?
5: Execute

This work should be done in VB. However, if this is not possible this is negotiable. Please email me if you have questions regarding this or would like to use something other than VB.
I have been told that this is not a difficult or length project because of the above references. The manipulation of the "2 to a page" printing + the "fit to printable area" are all achieve in either the PDF Creation or by resizing the image. Either way, I have been told this is an easy app to write.
