A schedule that I can put everybody’s name on and that will calculate labor % and dollars spent for the day, week, and month. Along with other things included below. Also I am not sure how this work but I have already posted this once and received a lot of replies but I did not go into detail so I am resubmitting it. but how do I get a hold of you?
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. I am sending you a copy of the excel program I wrote. It’s the first time I have ever written one so its kinda big and experimental. The problem is I have to keep up with it and constantly change things as I go. What I want is a printable schedule where I put their names and the hours they are required to work. I should have mentioned this first but the first thing I need is a way to input the employee’s data to include phone number, address, and most importantly hourly wage. So whenever I put (Look on the first page of the excel workbook) Blake 7-1 it will automatically add up the 6 hours then multiply it by his hourly wage. And so forth with the rest of the employees for that day. Then I want a place where I can look at the cost of labor for that day or the whole week or month and get a % of labor based of the net sales for that day, week or month. Of course that means I would need to be able to enter the projected sales for those days. As you will see I have 3 pages and the 2nd (Labor&Sales) one has Last years daily sales and the projected sales for the day and week coming up. The 3rd page is just where I put their names and hourly pay. The first page is the schedule but I don’t print the whole thing. I print everything to the left of column P. Basically I want to be able to do everything this excel workbook allows me to do. Plug in there info (name, ph no., address, hourly wage, etc), put in the projected sales for the week and last years sales also so that it can tell me whether I am up or down in sales for the week and month write the schedule and it automatically tell me the labor % for the day, week, and month. Labor % being the total labor divided by the net sales. In case your wondering, I own a sonic drive in here in Arkansas and I wrote this little excel workbook to help give me an idea of how many people I can schedule each day of the week and keep my cost of labor down. If I plan on having a $3000 day then I am able to schedule people and keep from spending more than $540. in labor for that day which is 19%. 19% a day/week is what I try to keep it at but I need to be able to change this % from time to time. Also I have a co-manager that is salary but I put here in the computer at $10 an hour so that I can keep the labor at 19% including her pay. That it why I have the section at the bottom on page 2. So that at the end of the night I can add what ever hours I can (for her) but keep the labor for the day below 19% and at the same time get her a full 50 hours by the end of the week. What I have works pretty good, but would like to have something that functions more like a program. Also I would need to be able to save copies of every week so that I can go back later and pull it up or transfer it to another computer to be worked on or viewed. I don’t know if I am giving you enough details but I am sending a copy of my program so that you can take a look at what I need. By the way, am I able to send you my phone number instead of typing all this crap? Also please let me know a approximate cost, time to complete it, and also what if I have problems with it? Are you able to do like a demo copy first so that I can check it out? If not I don’t really know if I want to just throw money out there and find out its not really what I wanted. Thanks Joe Wilburn
