562906 PHP website modifications

[login to view URL] is a templated system of websites for Real Estate Agents. They are able to create a user account and then purchase and manage two types of websites: personal agent sites and property websites. The system is built using a PHP mysql back-end. Each type of site (agent or property) has 5 color schemes from which the client can choose. Changing the color scheme just changes the skin via pointing the files to different html files and a css stylesheet. We also offer custom color schemes that are only available to the agent who desires one. We are looking for a skilled php programmer to implement enhancements to the system such as: (1) Offer multiple file upload (currently, the control panel allows for uploading property photos one at a time) and to improve re-ordering mechanism.
