Supportlog System

This is a project where you will continue an already started programming made by me. The reason for you to continue it is that I do not have the time and full knowledge myself to make it work the way I want. On my own home server (NAS with webserver functionality) I have started building a support log function that uses MySQL database to store logs. This is logs from me beeing at a customer and I write a log of what have been done for me to store and for easier solving problems in the future. I wish the system to have and Add User and View/Edit User capability where user is different customers. Also an Add Log where you should pick a user down from example a scroll list and a view/edit log capability. What have been done already can be seen in the file that is attatched to this project including a powerpoint where you can see the php pages that needs to be done. Links add user and view/edit user is working. The URL direct to the NAS will be given when work is started. The system should be graphically designed to fit the design already made on the pages. The design and menubar should be on all pages. Maybe there is some easy way to include this from just one file? The system uses php and MySQL. You will have to give me the database structure for me to set up on the NAS (expect one database only for this), I will not give you root access to the NAS itself.
