Speed Dating forms: need a registration form, survey form, pic's of couples and singles with text added... The registration form probably use the form in the personal section just make some minor adjustments...

The Survey form u should be able to duplicate off another speed dating site....

Will send additional documents as well... The Speed dating will be placed on the [url removed, login to view] web site, will need a link that will go to the admin area for me to control.... Finally the customer should have the option of paying for the registration via pay pal so that will need to be link up as well...

Will need this to be operational by the end of June 14th....

*** Also, will need u to check the auto response system in the personal section of [url removed, login to view] to insure that it is operational....
