Import csv sheets & create datafeed

This is the first of 3 jobs. I have an xls spreedsheet & csv images spreadsheet that need to be linked to my supplier's site. The images & a lot of the information has to b taken from my supplier's site & displayed on my site, & so a kind of datafeed has to be created. However, it is is not a datafeed that has to be updated directly via the other site. My supplier will send a new csv or xls if there are any changes. These csv sheets are for product information. I am creating an ecommerce site on Wordpress & I'm using Woocommerce cart plugin. I have a datafeed import plugin & a Woothemes Product Importer plugin installed on the site, but they don't work with these sheets. Perhaps a new plugin has to be created. Please contact me with a quote if you think you can do this job. However, I also require someone who is able to stay in contact & keep me updated on the progress of the job.
