Modify Form, Table & DB (MySQL/PHP)

I need someone experienced in working with MySQL DB and PHP forms.
Also looking for someone who can complete the project right away (preferably in the next 12 hours)
* Allow a stock to be marked as recommended in a table by creating a column that will be marked with checkmark for that particular stock. This should be done within the form that already exists.
* Ability to code an entry red or green within the form
* Fix current form that doesn't allow stock to be added to newly modified table
* Strip data from HTML table and import into MySQL database
