Our usual developer appears to be out of contact at the moment so we will need someone to set up a system that will export our orders as a csv file and send it via ftp to our supplier. They will fill the order and ship it to our customer on our behalf. When an order is placed on our website, it will need to be transferred immediately via ftp.
A section will need to be constructed in the admin console that will allow sent csv files to be viewed in a form and allow their status to be checked and if necessary, cancelled or modified them. We currently have the following contribution installed which allows us to edit orders and details as needed. It can be used incorporated to aid in the modification of csv files or you can make it from scratch.

Once the order has been dispatched, the order status on our system will need to be updated, and any consignment numbers will need added to our database and emailed to our customer in the dispatch confirmation email.
In addition, all address entry forms need to be changed so that Australian users can only enter their postcode (four digits such as 2000), which will then show the corresponding suburb and state. They will not be able to use the default data entry method. This is to ensure the accurate address format required by the 3pf. Available postcodes will need to be cached from and work like this:

Once the following has been completed and installed on our system, testing will take place between us and our supplier to ensure everything is compatible with their system. Testing on their end will take roughly 2 weeks with changes and updates (if any) needing to be made to our code as requested.
Additional information and developer documentation will be forwarded to the winning bidder.
Files will need to be created and then sent to us for installation with detailed instructions. We are using a modified store with many custom built addons. Developers must have a solid oscommerce understanding.
