Convert iPhone web app to native app

I have a web site at www.todayamerican.com.? It is one of the top iphone web apps in the news category. I want a native app around it. I am a developer but, there were issues when I submitted my code. This is a very simple native app, to handle just 2 web pages. Complete requirements: **Generic Requirements:** 1) Handle no network condition by showing some nice image/ text. 2) When the app starts, load the page in the background, and then when it finishes loading, then show it, till then show some nice UI. 3) Any time afterwards if the user loads the app, then show the last page which was read by the user (save the entire HTML of the last loaded page locally). **Page 1**? is:? [login to view URL] 1) Hit the top bar (where cell signal is displayed) to show a small toolbar which lets you go back, refresh the page, or send an email (for an outside page). Basically, if possible, I would like to do away with the top HTML menu which shows up when you open a link from the home web page. This is because as it is right now, the menu bar becomes smaller when the outside page in the frame loads. 2) Note that the iphone native menu must be able to invoke javascript functions on the web page. **Fix App Submission Issues:** "When the device is not connected to a network, Techno News does not load its contents and stays blank. ? This behavior might lead to user confusion. ? It would be appropriate to display either a notification or an alert stating that internet connectivity is required." ## Deliverables I already have the required graphics for this app.?
