Eocmmerce Website in PHP - Paypal

We are looking for an ecommerce website for a small designer jewellery company. The site needs to be built in PHP-MySQL and use Paypal as the payment gateway. You can use any available ecommerce package like ZenCart, osCommerce, Mazento, Volusion. The design needs to be extremely elegant, something in the line of [login to view URL] ( this is flash , we don't need flash) . We would prefer designs based on White / Silver / Black backgrounds. You will need to show us the designs first and once the designs are approved you can start integrating it into your ecommerce platform. What we would need to consider your bid... a)Your portfolio of ecommerce websites - if you plan to use any of the open source packages please list websites that are built on that specific package. We would need to see at least 5 sites to consider your bid. b) A list of all the features that would be included in the website ( front end & Back end) . If you are using a standard package and there is a ready list of features somewhere on the web, you can point us to that URL also. c) Time and Cost Bids without these information would not be considered. We generally try to find good bidders from RAC and work with them regulalrly on multiple projects. So this is basically a long term opportunity for you guys.
