Finish my Access PO System Deadline Wed July 14

1. This is a purchase order app. 2. The Materials Management guy wants to be able to choose a vendor from our vendor list (I suppose we need to accomodate the ability to add new vendors - on the switchboard - see below?) 3. Then he needs to choose a billing address from one of our facilities from the facilities table. 4. Then he needs to be able to choose a shipping address from the same table. They mentioned that a checkbox for "Ship to is the same as Bill to" would be nice, but not worth a big addition to time and expense. 5. We need to be able to enter the purchase order items - these are capital purchases so they aren't intended to be frequently ordered items. 6. Need to be able to add shipping and "other" (assembly or whatever). 7. Next is the Preview Report Button that generates the Report: A. The Report duplicates the form layout and shows the chosen vendor, billing address and shipping address, as well as items chosen, shipping, etc. with totals. B. The Report which is the hard copy purchase order, is to consist of 4 copies. The first copy is to have a footer that has a distribution list something like: > > Black Copy - Original to Vendor > > Blue Copy - to File > > Red Copy - to Accounts Payable > > Green Copy - to Materials Manager C. Then copies are going to be printed on a color laser and they have indicated that the logo and/or header of the page can suffice as the indicative color. Then the user(s) interface(s) I. I need 2 switchboards (I think; unless you have a better suggestion); one for the Materials Manager and one for Accounts Payable. I can do whatever reports they want. And as a side note -this will have to reside on the server so that each department can access this and see the other's updates. II. The Materials Mgr wants to be able to mark purchase orders as "payable," ie the stuff is delivered as agreed. II. Accounts Payable needs to be able to mark whether the invoice has been paid. I've attached the DB as I have it so far. The Vendor table actually has 4000 vendors, but I've pruned it down for development purposes. What other questions do you need to give me a price and delivery time quote? I will be so happy to wash my hands of this. Lorrie Huey ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The DB will be accessed through terminal services and be housed on a Windows Server 2003 server with Office 2002.
