Looking for Social Media Manager and Updater

Hi there. First, this is a repost because after a month, my virtual assistant has said that a family emergency has come up and he has had the flu all month and a blizzard has knocked out all the internet power. ------SO----- Please bid if you are very honest, very reliable, and can form a nice, friendly long-term relationship with my company. I have been online since 1996.. I have over 1400 websites, domain names, blogs, review sites. So I know my stuff. However, I need someone to manage one aspect of it. The Social Media Part: 1. YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Meetup, and any others that you feel would benefit our company. 2. I am starting to see people use these not only as simple add friends but as a marketing tool.. For example, I noticed one person creating events for their company's products.. and inviting people.. Another company advertises their products and events on the right side.. Another group responds to video messages.. adds friends on YouTube.. and creates a lot of subscribers and generates a ton of traffic.. 3. So I'm looking for a creative, honest manager would can really generate a ton of friends and subscribers and promote our products/videos/message.. We want to inspire and create a feeling of positive energy.. If you have experience and can prove that you are reliable and have done this for others .. then please bid on this project. I'm looking for a monthly maintenance plan. Thanks!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
