Need Spanish Speaking Web Partner

Hi, I run the network of sites that can be seen at http://moonlava.com. I run a network of websites that includes 6 blogs (can be seen at [login to view URL]) and an awesome social network at www.cargado.es. My Spanish is very limited and I don't have time to run all these sites. The sites are all finished, but they may require little things here and there, so you must be fluent enough with PHP and whatever other things these sites have to make changes here and there. This is mainly what you will be doing: 1. Everyday i write blog articles for my english sites... You will need to translate them and put them on the spanish speaking sites... there will be 10-15 blog posts per day. Everytime you post a blog article, it needs to also be posted on [login to view URL] and another spanish version of Digg that I have for you. 2. You will need to devote time daily to cargado.es. You will need to upload a bunch of videos and images and whatever else on a daily basis. Also, after you upload these things, they must be posted on [login to view URL] and the other spanish version of digg I tell you about. Whoever gets this job will own 33% of the spanish speaking websites I own. It would be 33% you, 34% me, and 33% another investor I know. All the advertising will be paid for by me and the investor. You will be responsible for running the sites. You will need to look at this project as an owner, and work hard to get people coming to it. Although you will not be paying for any advertisements, you will still need to promote the site by other means (such as emailing people, posting on message boards, etc.) I will expect you to devote at least 4-5 hours per night on operating these sites. If you truly want to make this happen, you will put more time in! These sites are developed and ready to go, all I need is for you to manage them on a daily basis and help them grow. You must obviously speak Spanish! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux If you don't work hard on this project, the partnership will end. I am looking for a long term partnership here, so it may be slow in the beginning, but we will eventually make this happen... I look forward to helping someone make a lot of money!
