I needed a order managment system made for the apparisal company, the way the order flow works is, (similar to <[login to view URL]> ) 1) order comes in (online or phone) 2) Admin calls back customer to confirm and give quote for fee 3) customner is registered into database 4) customer either pays be COD (cheque) or online 5) admin assigns order to appraiser 6) if payment not collected by credit card and its a COD order, appraiser collects funds, if funds not collected by appraiser or credit card then client may mail funds to office but appraisal is not released until funds are deposited. 7) appraiser makes appointment to see property, with client directly. Sees the property then completes report 8) report is uploaded to admin via website (appraiser section) 9) admin approves report 10) assuming funds are received he releases report to client (via email or link to client portal) admin should be able to track client and appraiser activity (how many appraisals and $$ value, and time reports started and complete and other basic statistics) Admin login, client login, appraiser login. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Joomla, Dotnetnuke, or other major CMS
