Here is the outline/overview of what is wanted as the final product: 1 - Documentation is key here, everything needs to be documented. The documentation is NOT for the users of the software, but the code needs to be well documented. 2 - This is in PHP 4+, with a MySQL as the database. 3 - Adding many friends engine with any kinds of criteria and queing this into the database, so a certain amount of requests are made each day. This has to bypass everything like CAPTCHA. 4 - An engine that does things in mass, such as make comments to all friends, send messages to all friends at once. A way to narrow down people to contact by different criteria. 5 - A archive off all contact/message/comments made to different people 6 - The ability to schedule future messages/comments/ 7 - Ability to contact people that are "on" now 8 - The ability to have many my-space accounts and do the above functions under each account 9 - Ability to invite people to groups 10 - Ability to import all of the friends of other people and request to be added/send messages 11 - All copyrights, code rights will that of the BUYER. 12 - more details given to winner of the project

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
