We are looking for serious and experienced coders who can replicate the site EXACTLY like [[url removed, login to view]][1] .

cs can be simpler because our in-house coders can perform those graphical touch up, but the site must function EXACTLY like [[url removed, login to view]][1] .

We will provide FULL codes for the followings:

-picture uploads

-online text editor and word processor

-image selector

-banner selector

(more info can be emailed to shortlisted candidates).

This means you DO NOT NEED to start from nothing. We have easily completed at least 50% of the works.

ALSO, SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL ONLY NEED TO PRODUCE 2 FULL TEMPLATES. Do not worry, we shall be doing the rest of the templates, to be fair for the price.

We have the budget for this project and we would require the followings:

-using Microsoft ASP and MS SQL database

-we must receive all the system designs (database designs and form designs within the first 15 days of the project)

-weekly upload of all works for our internal Quality Control and testing

-must work for the following browsers: Netscape, IE and Firefox.

-3 months for the completion of the whole project.

This is a very straight forward and simple project, all you need to do is simply reverse engineer the [[url removed, login to view] ][2] site and YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

-server hosting the site will be Microsoft Windows 2000 server

-database server will be Microsoft SQL

-must run on IE, Netscape and Firefox.

-Coders working on our project MUST NEVER REPLICATE nor resell this work to others.

-Only need to produce 2 templates, we shall do the rest, no worries.
