Survey and Report Generator

We require someone who is experienced with ASP.net & MS SQL. A survey & report generating feature needs to be built & integrated into our site. We want capabilities similar to the site [[login to view URL]][1] Please visit this site & create your own survey to see the scope of capabilities. In addition to these capabilities, we require: 1) Able to 'drive down' results for a person. We are a mystery shopping co., our members visit a retailer & report the name of the person who assisted them. We need to compare this person's results over any given period. 2) The programming must be harmonized to work with our current system. eg. a client logs in (as usual) & has access to regular options, plus ability to view their surveys & generate reports A new page will have to be created for clients who have many branches. Top-level access will be provided to a company head to view all branches' surveys/results Client's with branches must be able to compare results of surveys from all locations eg. compare branches against each other 3) Second-level access needs to be created to allow managers of a branch to login & view ONLY THEIR surveys/results, & generate their own reports 4) Changes will need to be made to the existing Admin pages on our site to incorporate all changes. (Currently we upload surveys to our shoppers) Admin will also need to be able to designate Top-level & Second-level access to clients 5) ADMIN Dept must have all options avail. (see all surveys, search by client or location, generate reports, etc.) We will give ADMIN access to our site to serious bidders to ensure scope of project is understood. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
