This will be a gaming download website. Users can submit maps,mods,scripts,ect. There will be a .psd made all I need done is coding. Most of this will be self explanitory with the psd. Here are the reqs. 1. Login 2. User Control Panel 3. Database for the files 4. Multiple catagories and sub catagories able to be made by admins. 5. forums which are linked to the user accounts on the main page so only one registration. 6. The site will have a ranking system for the downloads. The maps will have a green arrow to vote it up and a red arrow to vote it down. 7. The main page will have 4 main boxes. Each box will randomly show one of the catagories such as Maps,Mods,Script,Tutorials. Inside the box will show the top ranked of all of each of their own catagory. 8. The right side of the main page will have a top list. This is all catagories. 9. All of these features should be linked as in if I add one catagory the 4 block rotation will auto add it into the rotation. [login to view URL] the pages on the psd each one will have it all laid out for you. The profile page will show their recent submissions favorites ect. [login to view URL] should have their own rank which depends on their submissions. If their submissions get +1 rank the user account gets +1 ect. 12. I can't stress enough how much i'd like a very nice working admin control panel to control all the submissions ect. 13. Also one box on the homepage about the four other boxes. This box will show the most recent submissions. 14. A management section should be the best part of the site. We will have an advertisment box where users can go to their control panel and buy impressions. They will give a link to the banner and it will go to the waiting list where a moderator will accept or deny it. 15. The tutorial section of downloads are all submitted however they must be accepted my a moderator first. 16. All downloads should have a report this button. 17. All downloads should be under one database and kept nice and neat. 18. The download system should have the following catagories -addons -mods -maps -scripts -skins -tutorials 10. The download system should have the games listed later. 11.
